Country house located among the rolling hills and enchanting rural landscapes of the Marche, a few minutes from the village of Castelleone di Suasa and San Lorenzo in Campo, 15 minutes from the beautiful town of Corinaldo and about 30 minutes from the sea. Surrounded by 4900 m2 of land on which there is a swimming pool, main building and two outbuildings. The main building consists of; on the ground floor an apartment consisting of a living room, kitchen, one bathroom, two bedrooms and a veranda. a common room with a kitchen and toilet, an office space, laundry room and a storage room which is also the technical room. On the first floor is the private home with a living room with fireplace, kitchen, sitting room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a storage room and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In the outbuilding to the left of the main building, two apartments have been created consisting of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the other outbuilding there are the last two apartments, built in 2010, furnished and equipped with every comfort, with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two large bedrooms. Each apartment has its own outdoor space. The complex is connected to municipal water and heating with Gpl
