Located in the heart of ancient Etruscan territory, on the green hills overlooking the famous Crete Senesi, this prestigious Tuscan estate enjoys a panoramic setting and convenient access by paved road. The property includes a substantial villa built of local stone, a large fully fenced garden, several service buildings, and approximately 26 hectares of land divided among olive groves, cultivated fields, and wooded areas.

The main residence, enclosed garden, and caretaker’s house were designed and built around 1870. Part of the primary residence and the adjoining building stands above a cave and on historic foundations dating back to the 16th century, when the site served as a rest stop along the ancient Via Lauretana, connected to the Roman consular road known as the Via Cassia. The remaining buildings, including stables, storage facilities, and utility structures, were constructed, expanded, and renovated over time.

The main villa was renovated in the 1990s and currently offers 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms, shared living rooms, and several spacious service areas. The renovation was later extended to additional buildings, where 2 guest apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, and 2 staff apartments, each with 3 bedrooms, were created. Two other buildings have been converted into a restaurant.

Agricultural activity is centered primarily on olive cultivation. The estate currently has approximately 1,000 olive trees, some of which are centuries old, with the potential to plant an additional 1,000 trees. The limestone soil and ideal elevation of approximately 400 meters above sea level create excellent conditions for producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The property also includes a vineyard of approximately 6,000 square meters producing a local Chianti wine variety, around 10 hectares of woodland, and land where valuable white truffles can be harvested.
