A renovated 14th-century stone farmhouse with a pool, sauna, gym, and solar panels, situated on a hill near Loro Ciuffenna in a panoramic location with breathtaking views of the Valdarno and the Chianti hills, at 350 meters above sea level, Built in the 1300s on three levels, this farmhouse has been recently renovated into an elegant rustic-style country residence with four bedrooms, along with two outbuildings—one converted into a guest house, and the other into a spa featuring a gym and sauna room.
