Estate of approximately 117 hectares with a private hunting reserve for sale in a privileged location in the hills of Trequanda and Sinalunga, in the province of Siena.
The property comprises three rural buildings, totalling approximately 1,000 sqm.

The first farmhouse of approximately 235 sqm dominates the top of a hill that is entirely part of the property, accessible via a magnificent avenue of cypress trees.
The building is on two floors: on the ground floor there are various rooms used for agricultural storage, cellars and warehouses, as well as an old oven.
On the first floor are the remains of the former owners' apartment.
In the adjoining area there are two annexes, one of approximately 20 sqm (of which only a few sections of masonry remain) and one of approximately 50 sqm, both on a single floor.

The second part of the estate, located below the hill, consists of two farmhouses.
The main building, measuring approximately 500 sqm, is a classic Tuscan Leopoldine style house with living quarters on the first floor, a “piccionaia” (dovecote) on the second floor and cellars/storage rooms for tools on the ground floor.
The second building, completely renovated in 2000 and perfectly habitable, measures approximately 100 sqm and is arranged over two floors.
The ground floor houses the living-dining room with kitchenette, while the upper floor consists of a bedroom, a study and a bathroom.
This part of the property is completed by an annex of approximately 30 sqm (former pigsty), currently destroyed.

In addition, the estate includes another building of approximately 24 sqm, also completely destroyed, located in the southern part of the estate.

The 117 hectares of land are divided as follows: approximately 85 hectares of woodland, 28 hectares of arable land and 4 hectares of olive groves.

A distinctive feature is the presence of a private wildlife and hunting reserve, to which the property belongs. The rich fauna of roe deer, fallow deer, wild boar, hares and pheasants offers a natural environment of rare beauty.
