The property consists of approximately 50 acres of land, including 33 acres of vineyards (28.6 acres of which are DOCG Chianti Rufina) featuring Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Colorino, Ciliegiolo, Pinot Blanc, and Syrah varieties.
