This historic estate, once owned by a noble Florentine family, is located about 18 miles (30 km) from Florence. The property spans approximately 50 acres (20 ha) of land, featuring 33 acres (13.36 ha) of vineyards—nearly 29 acres of which hold the prestigious Chianti Rufina DOCG designation.

The vineyards produce a diverse range of varietals, including Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Colorino, Ciliegiolo, Pinot Blanc, and Syrah.
