Prestigious estate in the heart of Chianti Classico, set within a historic hamlet dating back to the first half of the 14th century, which still preserves its ancient watchtower to this day. The estate has a total consistency of 300 hectares, of which over 65 hectares are cultivated as vineyards, and within the same there are 4 building complexes.

The first hamlet consists of 5 buildings mostly renovated in the 2000s with high-value finishes, for a total of 4,500 sqm, an agritourism-oriented structure with hotel-like characteristics developed at the end of the 1900s.

A first structure is composed of a historic villa dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, which preserves its architectural characteristics intact. The villa offers large reception halls, lounges, services, and rooms for about 20 guests, in addition to accessory spaces and panoramic terraces, for a total of approximately 615 sqm of living space and about 180 sqm of terraces. The basement floor houses cellars suitable for the refinement and tasting of the company's products, extending for about 470 sqm.

A second restored structure accommodates 5 independent apartments with high-level services, offering about 30 beds, for a surface area of approximately 800 sqm plus terraces and company service rooms.
A third structure includes a restored residential part on the first floor (about 340 sqm plus terraces) and rooms on the ground floor used as offices and cellars (about 445 sqm). These two renovated buildings offer a guesthouse for 4 guests in a dominant position with a private swimming pool (about 100 sqm) and a rural storehouse with potential for transformation (about 130 sqm).

A fourth structure, also restored, offers living spaces for 6 guests (about 135 sqm).
A fifth structure is composed of 4 units currently for company use (about 465 sqm).

The whole is surrounded by a century-old park of approximately 20,000 sqm containing 3 swimming pools and a tennis court in a panoramic position, ideal for enjoying Tuscan sunsets, and one pool reserved for the exclusive use of one of the agritourism structures. The second hamlet consists of various buildings, partly to be renovated, for a total of 2,100 sqm, surrounded by a courtyard of 6,500 sqm.

The third hamlet consists of two farmsteads, both made up of various buildings partially to be renovated for a total of 1,000 sqm each, both surrounded by a courtyard of 5,000 sqm. The entire estate is surrounded by approximately 300 hectares of land cultivated as follows: 65 hectares of vineyards (90% registered as Chianti) for Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, and Malvasia grapes, which guarantee the production of approximately 3,000 hectoliters per year of wine, a quantity easily extendable up to 5,000 hectoliters through the replanting of some old vineyards, 40 hectares of olive groves with 8,500 trees producing 80 to 110 quintals of oil, 90 hectares of arable land where wheat, spelt, and barley are produced, 95 hectares destined for woodland, 4 hectares destined for walnut groves, 6 hectares destined for pasture.

Included within the estate is also a consortium hunting reserve that extends for approximately 400 total hectares, of which about 200 hectares fall within its property.
