Trequanda: In the heart of the suggestive Tuscany landscape, among sweets hills and cypresses rows, between the lovely villages of Montalcino and Montepulciano, stands out this gorgeous property overlooking Pienza, Monticchiello, Petroio and the Monte Amiata.

The estate is composed of two buildings (the main one and an outbuilding- oven and swimming pool), nestled in between gardens and plots of natural beauty. The land is cultivated to wheat, emmer, vegetables and has about 1.700 olive trees, in addition to a wide woodland. The property is reachable through a white road.
It has been recently restored with some renovation works based on bio architecture’s criteria such as the Feng Shui. The main structure has been kept as the original one and the massive, thick walls guarantee a good thermal and sound insulation. All the systems have been renovated or are completely new. All these works have been fulfilled limiting the radioactive emissions.

Main building: The main country house is accessible through porch with courtyard that leads to a traditional, rustic big living room. On the first floor are one kitchen, a dining room, 4 rooms with bathroom en suite and 2 more bathrooms. This floor provides also other 4 rooms with bathrooms en suite and an independent apartment with kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace, studio, toilet, a bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower box.
All the rooms have preserved their original, Tuscan style with ceilings wooden beams , brickwork vaults, cotto floors and handmade furniture. Each room provides fridge, satellite TV, air conditioner and bathroom with whirlpool bath, and some of them have a small private living room with studio area.

Annexes: Near the main building stands an independent apartment on two floors of about 350 sq.mt. On the ground floor are two storages, one cellar, laundry and upstairs one living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, one single bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom and a terrace. The outbuilding has maintained completely intact its original structure features and old furniture. Outside is also an independent room with pizza oven.

Land: The parkland stretches over 1100 sq.mt. with one panoramic swimming pool and whirlpool bath.
The surrounding plots cover an area of about 8,5 ha of arable crops (barley, spelt and alfalfa), 3,95 ha are made up of olive groves with 1700 olive trees, 18,7 ha of woodland and 1.5 ha of vegetable garden. All the farm's cultivations are based on bioagricolture's criteria.
