This ancient estate, formerly owned by a noble Florentine family, is located approximately 30 km from Florence. The property comprises about 20 hectares of land, including 13.36 ha of vineyards (of which 11.6 ha are Chianti Rufina DOCG) featuring Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Colorino, Ciliegiolo, Pinot Blanc, and Syrah varieties. Additionally, there are 2 ha of arable land for future vineyards and 4.5 ha of woodland.

The hamlet includes the main villa divided into two living units, a farmhouse, and a barn with two apartments for a total of 14 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the barrel cellar, an event space and various technical rooms, for a total of approximately 1,100 sqm, plus about 280 sqm of terraces, loggias and storage areas.

The 360 sqm winemaking cellar, dating back to the 19th century and restored in 2000, is currently used to process the estate's grapes.
