Sovicille: Restored to perfection, this ancient farmhouse with 44 ha of land, dates back to the 14th century when it was originally a fortress. House: The property comprises one large farmhouse and three guest houses for a total surface of approximately 1.000 sq.mt.. The restoration, which lasted several years, has focused on renovating the houses by using high quality materials and respecting the the original layout.

The main country house is on three levels and is composed of four cozy apartments, two of them on the ground floor and one in the first level. The forth unit stretches over both the first and the second floor.
