Castellina in Chanti. The property is a farm with 21 hectars of land with vinyards (12,66 he) and olive grove (own production of Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. wine and extravergine olive oil). It is situated in a panoramic and hilly position, in Chianti Classico area, 5 km from Castellina in Chianti, 20 km from Siena and 50 km from Florence.

Building. A beautiful architecture structure was built around an ancient guard florence tower with adjacent very acient stone building and a two-storey barn with wodden attic. The main building has a landlords’ large apartment of 295 sqm, a service apartment of 75 sqm and 3 guest apartments of 70 sqm each, consisting of a living area with dining room and a kichenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and private external space each.
Two beautiful apartments were also made in the stone building, one of them is 55 sqm consisting of a large living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and private external area. The second apartment is of 100 sqm on two floors consisting of a living-dining room with chimney and kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with bathroom with a shower on the upper level. The apartment has its private garden.
The barn was also transformed into two loft apartments, one of which is 55 sqm and another one is 85 sqm. All the apartments have an agroturistic destination and they were all restored according to the old Tuscan countryside tradition and designed with antique furniture.
The main building is completed with a 50 sqm winery, which was completely restructured, a 20 sqm technical room where we can find a thermical central station and a 12 sqm space used for water tank. An old cellar used for wine storage and ageing is situated under the barn. It was perfectly restored, 40 sqm, not enough capacity for the potentianl wine producing of the company, and in this case it is possible to use additional space for storage exhisting on the territory.
The estate includes also a large warehouse in brick and wood of 300 sqm currently used as an agricultural annex, but with a possibility to be transformed into a living area, an inspected canopy, and therefore a calculated volume and finally a former electric brick two-storey cabine of 35 sqm used as a for vinsanto (dessert wine) producing.
