Estate in a Regional Natural Reserve of 700 hectares of typical Tuscan countryside, with two hunting reserves, very close to the Livorno and Pisan coasts (10 km) with flat lands, hills, woods, 7 artificial ponds, one with natural spring water, to supply water for the irrigation system in the whole farm.The total arable land is 310 hectares, all organic and of these about 60/75 is used for the production of ancient grains, the remaing land is planted with legumes to enrich the soil, to lose seed for game reproduction; 270 hectares are destined for woods and 29 hectares are occupied by lakes. The built area included in the estate consists of: a restored 1000 sqm manor country home, 2 accommodation facilities with swimming pool, a restaurant, warehouses, a former church, a sports field and ruins to be restored. Altogether the estate includes 17 buildings of which 7 are restored and 10 to be restored, a renovated shed of 5,000 square meters and other buildings for a total of about 20,000 square meters.
The company has stipulated a PMAA (Environmental Agricultural Improvement Plan) with the Municipality for the renovation of all the ruins in the estate, many of which are residential dwellings other agricultural buildings.
