This extraordinary 14th-century castle is for sale not far from Florence, in the beautiful landscape of Impruneta in the heart of Tuscany.

As far as organic production is concerned, from the two hectares of vineyard it is possible to produce about 120-140 quintals of IGT Toscana wine (the same blend as the most famous Supertuscans: 70% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 10% Cabernet) and from the 13 hectares of olive groves of the frantoio, moraiolo and leccino varieties an average of 12 quintals of oil is produced.

The castle has two beautiful historical cellars on two floors (one is ideal for creating a spa, as it has a separate entrance) and an ancient oil mill, which today is a museum, perfectly preserved.

In the small consecrated and richly decorated private chapel, it is possible to celebrate civil unions with full legal value.
The castle is not bound by the Monuments and Fine Arts Office and is currently successfully used for exclusive rentals, mostly combined with the organisation of weddings and events. It can host up to 140 people in the new 160 m2 event hall and can accommodate up to 20 people in 7 apartments/rooms, including two suites located in the main body of the castle.
