Exclusive independent building, overlooking the Grand Canal. The building dominates the Grand Canal, offering a magnificent view of the water and typical Venetian buildings.
The current layout dates back to the 17th century, however, traces of an artisan settlement from the Romanesque period were found during the careful restoration.
The renovation allowed the multifunctional use of the building, which is 700 square metres on three floors (ground floor, first floor, mansard with roof terrace):
Equipped with a lift, underfloor heating system, ducted cooling system, domotic system, a tank against the high tide, an exclusive pier on the Grand Canal with the possibility of 4 berths, and an exclusive roof terrace, this building combines the comfort of modern life with the incomparable charm of Venice.
