This historic estate, once owned by a noble Florentine family, is located about 18 miles (30 km) from Florence. The property spans approximately 50 acres (20 ha), featuring 33 acres (13.36 ha) of vineyards—28 acres of which hold the prestigious Chianti Rufina DOCG designation. The grounds also include 5 acres of arable land for future vineyard expansion and 11 acres of woodland.
The private hamlet consists of the main manor house (divided into two living units), a farmhouse, a barn with two apartments, a barrel room, an event venue, and various utility rooms, totaling roughly 11,840 sq. ft. (1,100 sqm). There are also 3,000 sq. ft. of terraces and porches. The 3,875 sq. ft. (360 sqm) winery, built in the 1800s and renovated in 2000, currently handles the estate’s harvest.
