Holiday farm with swimming pool located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just a stone's throw from Arezzo, immersed in unspoilt nature, among rows of Malvasia vines, ecological strawberry plantations, medicinal plants and ancient olive groves.

The property is located in the vicinity of a small 12th-century hamlet and consists of a renovated old country house and various buildings that support the agritourism and farming activities.

Altogether, the property comprises 10 apartments with garden, air-conditioned rooms and private bathroom, divided between the main farmhouse and the annexe, for a total of 23 beds.

The farmhouse dates back to the late Middle Ages: the original core was a watch tower, given its strategic position on the Valdarno. In fact, in the current external wall there is a stone with hieroglyphics that, according to experts, date back to that period.
The farmhouse has been renovated respecting the rustic style of typical Tuscan country houses and at the same time equipped with every modern convenience, in a unique blend of past, present and future.

The ground floor, reached via the courtyard, houses a central common area, a billiard room, the reception area, the tasting and sales room with a back room and bathroom, an oven and technical service rooms, as well as 3 independent apartments:
1 - living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms;
2 - living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms;
3 - living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
On the first floor, which is accessed by means of an internal staircase located adjacent to the hallway in the oven area, there are a apartment comprising living/dining room, bedroom and bathroom and another apartment comprising living/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Accessed via a further external staircase, the first floor also contains the main apartment, with entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, study and closed loggia.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which houses a bedroom with bathroom.

The outbuilding, renovated in 2004 in typical Tuscan style and converted from an old barn, is spread over two floors (ground floor and basement) and houses 4 independent, mirror-image apartments, all comprising living/dining room, bedroom and bathroom.

The property is completed by three other outbuildings:
1 - a wooden structure dedicated to outdoor relaxation, located in the garden area;
2 - a two-storey building comprising, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, reception, utility room, laundry room and two loggias, and, on the first floor, an office, a kitchen and a bathroom;
3 - a two-storey building, plus the basement, used for processing agricultural products. The basement floor houses the warehouse and bottle storage. The ground floor is dedicated to the winemaking of grapes and the processing of preserves, with a cellar, agricultural tool shed, processing workshop, utility room and bathroom. Finally, the first floor is a mezzanine.

In addition, the holiday farm is enriched by a restaurant offering local specialities with wine and organic product tastings, an aromatherapy room and a wonderful swimming pool with hydro-massage surrounded by greenery.

The property is complemented by 11 hectares of land cultivated according to organic farming principles, including 2.5 hectares of IGT-certified vineyards and about 500 olive trees.
The farm has created its own line of organic products with direct sales and tasting of jams, honey, wine and oil.

The entire facility is dedicated to respecting the environment, as demonstrated by the new photovoltaic system to produce its own energy and reduce waste, with a production of about 38 kW.

The holiday farm is an ideal location for organizing unique ceremonies, or it can be used to carry on the accommodation and farming business.

The property is strategically located in the center between the city of Arezzo (27 km), Siena (56 km) and Florence (60 km) and a few kilometers from the outlets of the biggest Italian fashion brands.
