Wine Farm with organic vineyard located in a panoramic position in the countryside near Montepulciano.

The farm includes a completely restored 17th century stone farmhouse of 600 square meters and 10 hectares of land.

The vineyard as it is seen today was planed in 2002. Set at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, it has a microclimate that is affected by benevolent currents partly due to Mount Amiata, partly to be on the border between two valleys (Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana): this involves fairly mild rainfall, a good level of day and night temperature and excellent ventilation. With a 4-hectare vineyard area, the entire cultivation is bred with spurred cordon with 6250 hectare plants. The sloping location (as the matter of fact the estate is next to the Crete Senesi) and the East-West exposure are the ideal conditions for the cultivation of selected vines: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot.

The aging cellar, where they rest barrels, barriques and tonneaux, has a constant air conditioning, also because it is dug into the tuff on which the farm is founded. Here the wines are raised which, in the wood, will reach a greater complexity before being bottled. The production is about 20,000 bottles per year.
